Return & Exchange

At JOULYA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item, whether purchased online or in-store. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have outlined our return and exchange policy below.

  1. Return Period

    Online orders: Customers may return items within 30 days of receiving the order for refund or exchange.
    In-store orders: Customers may return items within 7 daysafter their purchase for exchange only (no refund for in-store orders)
  1. Eligibility for Return
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged. They should also be returned in their original packaging, with all accompanying materials such as tags and labels.
  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange only, not for a refund.
  • In-store orders are eligible for exchange only. and are not refundable. 
  1. Return & Exchange Process
  • For online orders: To initiate a return or exchange, please use our contact page to contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item for online orders.
  • For in-store purchases: Please visit our store with the item(s) you wish to exchange, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for online orders, unless the return or exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  1. Refunds (Online orders only)
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item from an online order, we will contact you to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  1. Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process mentioned above for online orders or visit our store for in-store purchases.
  • Once we receive the original item for an online order, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you as soon as possible.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please our contact page to contact our customer service team.
